How do I return an item?

We want you to love your new bike, and bicycle accessories, but if you don't, we do accept returns!

Terms and Conditions for Returns:

On All regularly priced Bicycle Accessories we gladly accept returns within up to 30 days of delivery of the item, on un-installed, unworn, unused, original condition, and undamaged items in the original packaging without any tags removed, for a refund minus shipping costs, which are nonrefundable. On all Sale priced Bicycle Accessories (Up to 35% off) we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery of the item, on un-installed, unworn, unused, original condition, and undamaged items in the original packaging without any tags removed,for a refund minus shipping costs, which are nonrefundable.   On Highly Discounted Clearance items (Those either marked Clearance or 40% or more off) we gladly accept returns if we are notified first, the item is sent back within 5 business days of delivery of the item, on un-installed, unworn, unused, original condition, and undamaged items in the original packaging without any tags removed, minus a 15% restocking fee,for a refund minus shipping costs, which are nonrefundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable on all purchases, including return shipping, and in case of a free shipped item, we deduct the exact cost of shipping out our pocket, out of the refund if you return the item, for whatever reason. We don't pay return shipping. Please send your return Priority Mail for a speedy refund.

We do accept returns on all in stock non-sale priced bicycles, which are not assembled, in original packaging. We will deduct from your refund any missing parts, possibly to the extent of the entire bike, if the part is not readily replaceable. We do not accept returns on discounted bikes, or special order bikes shipped.

For all bikes shipped, we do guarantee they work. Any defective part is quickly replaced by mail. We inspect each bike going out to ensure it is in good working order.

All bikes are shipped fully insured against damage. If your bike becomes damaged in transit, you must immediately let us know, so we can file a proper claim. Save all Bills of Lading, and paperwork you receive. If your bicycle order was damaged in transit, we ask you photograph the damage, so we can file a claim with the freight carrier. If the damage is minor, you have the option, of sending back, or getting a price adjustment, and refund, reflecting damage. We promptly send a replacement out to you as long as one is in stock, and otherwise ship as soon as possible. Save all bike boxes, and open carefully, so if you do need to return a bike, it can be sent back in the same box without buying a new box at your expense ($15-30 approx).

We will always expedite you any missing parts right away, should that occur.

We want you to be out there riding your bike as soon as possible. Most bikes may need some assembly, as well as minor adjustments by your local mechanic, or you, if your experienced in doing so. We are happy to talk to your local shop over the phone at any time, and school them in cargo bikes, if need be. We are always happy to answer your questions about your new bike at any time, and help you troubleshoot over the phone. We simply won't leave you hanging, if you have questions, happy biking!
